Location Overview

Located nine miles north of Laughlin on the Arizona side of Lake Mohave, Katherine landing features RV facilities, boat rentals , boat slips, launch ramp, picnic area, marina, dry storage, restaurant, snack bar, general store and other resort amenities. Boat rentals range from personal watercrafts to 16-foot fishing boats to 18 foot runabouts for waterskiing and exploring, 24-foot patio boats and house boats that sleep up to 14 people.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

 

General Function: The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for all accounting/clerical and office administrative duties as directed or assigned. This position will function effectively as part of the administrative team by demonstrating the ability and willingness to achieve department goals under the direction of the Accounting Manager.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Under the direction of Accounting Manager, count and report proceeds of all deposit/collections records in a timely manner.
  • Prepare banks for departments efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintains all deposit/collections records in a timely manner as directed.
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests as relates to position.
  • Maintain highest level of customer satisfaction in all aspects of the operations
  • At all times every employee of TCPC is to be polite, helpful and courteous to the customers and fellow employees
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
  • Be able to provide back-up assistance to other departments as needed. Provide assistance to those in the reservations office as needed.
  • Be able to perform any job duty or function as assigned by the Accounting Manager or General Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

  • Minimum high school education
  • 3 - 5 year’s experience in general office/administrative duties.
  • 3 – 5 years recent experience in money handling/banking duties
  • Ability to use a computer including word processing, spreadsheet and e-mail functions.
  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean 3-year history and no DUI convictions in the past 5 years.
  • Able to work varying shifts, overtime, holiday, and weekends
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift more than 50lbs.
  • Ability to learn and retain detailed information and work in an ever changing work environment.
